We believe that it’s important to build a relationship with the potential buyer viewing your property for sale, as it can often aid in encouraging an offer. Viewing a home is all about selling a lifestyle, and we can ensure that we tell the story of your home as well as answer any questions they may have on the property or area. And we don’t use part-time viewing staff that often don’t have the necessary knowledge and empathy. How can we sell your home if we are not there when potential buyers view?

Legal Compliance & Paperwork

It is our job to ensure you receive the correct legal advice and provide you and the tenants with the correct paperwork to include Professional Referencing, an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement and the necessary Deposit Protection forms.

We have developed for our Landlord clients not only a detailed Terms of Business but a quick reference Landlord Checklist so that nothing is missed.

Check-in & Management

We check the tenants in and produce a detailed Inventory and Schedule of Condition so that both Landlord and Tenants have a detailed record of the property at the start of the tenancy. Meter readings are taken and we ensure the tenants are aware of important details like where the stopcock is and where instruction manuals for the boiler and appliances are.

If you wish, we are happy to manage the property for you which includes rent collection and regular inspections. Alternatively, we will install the tenants and then pass everything over to you.
